The assessment team will attempt to mark and return any submission within three (3) working days. However during peak times this may be adjusted to accommodate increased volumes.
a. Priority Marking
Priority Marking is a service we provide so that you can receive your Certificate as quickly as possible.
If you purchase this option, your assessment will go into a Priority Marking queue and will be marked by one of our team members as a high priority, typically the same day if received before 2pm, or the next business day if after that, or when our office is closed.
Your certificate will be emailed to you once you have successfully completed your training. In order for your certificate to be issued you must have successfully completed all of the learning material and assessment tasks, including;
-
Providing any required pre-requisite documentation (such as your ID)
-
Providing your USI (Unique Student Identifier)
-
If an assessment task is not satisfactorily completed, we will email you feedback and request a resubmission. Any resubmissions will also go into the Priority marking queue.
Important Information
Business Days- Priority Marking operates Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time), excluding weekends and public holidays. Submissions received outside these hours will be processed the following business day.
Government Portals- Some courses require us to generate external certificates, and we are reliant on those systems being available. For example, RSA certificates issued in NSW and Victoria must be lodged through State Government portals. If these systems are offline or experiencing technical
issues, we may not be able to issue your certificate. We will continue to prioritise the issue of your certificate, but the matter is out of our hands until they are back up and running.
General- While we strive to expedite your Statement of Attainment as soon as possible, we do rely on you to ensure you have successfully completed all the necessary assessment tasks, and to respond to any resubmissions in a timely manner, so we cannot guarantee the exact time of issue.
7. Deactivation – Re-activation
All our courses are automatically deactivated after three (3) months. This is done to ensure you complete the latest version of any course. Your course can be reactivated if the course has not been superseded. For reactivation email info@aaat.edu.au with your request.
