Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) & Food Safety Online Courses
Access All Areas Training (AAAT) is an ASQA-registered Registered Training Organisation (RTO 52312) delivering online RSA, Food Safety, and WA Approved Manager training for all 8 Australian states and territories. Since 2010, we have trained more than 200,000 students across Australia.
We are one of a limited number of RTOs approved by the NSW Food Authority (Provider 25813) to issue the official NSW government Food Safety Supervisor certificate. NSW food businesses must use an approved provider. AAAT is one.
The same compliance training trusted by Dan Murphy's, BWS, Hungry Jacks, Nando's, Boost Juice, Guzman Y Gomez and Moët Hennessy is available to individual students

RSA Online — Approved Provider in All 8 Australian States
RSA is legally required for anyone who sells, serves or supplies alcohol at a licensed venue in Australia. The requirement is national. The certificate, process and renewal cycle are not — they differ by state. AAAT (RTO 52312) is an approved provider in every state and territory.
NSW — L&GNSW Approved Provider. Complete online with AAAT. Same-day interim certificate valid 90 days — work immediately. Apply for your 5-year competency card at Service NSW within the 90-day window.
VIC — LCV Approved Provider. Two steps: complete SITHFAB021 with AAAT, then complete the free mandatory module via the LCV Learning Hub. Both steps required. LCV Certificate of Completion valid 3 years. Free LCV refresher due every 3 years — do not pay a private provider for this.
QLD — OLGR Approved Provider. Statement of Attainment issued same day. No card. No expiry.
WA — DLGSC Recognised. Statement of Attainment issued same day. No card. No expiry. New staff have 28 days from first shift to complete.
SA — CBS Approved Provider. Statement of Attainment issued same day. No card. No expiry.
TAS — Regulated by Liquor and Gaming Tasmania. Statement of Attainment issued same day. No card. No expiry. New staff must be enrolled and completing RSA within the first 3 months of employment.
NT — Regulated by NT Licensing NT. Statement of Attainment issued same day. No card. Mandatory renewal every 3 years.
ACT — Regulated by Access Canberra. Statement of Attainment issued same day. Renewal required every 3 years.

Food Safety Courses — Food Handler and Food Safety Supervisor
Food safety training is required for everyone who handles food in a commercial food business in Australia. Standard 3.2.2A (mandatory from 8 December 2023) requires most food businesses to have a certified Food Safety Supervisor on staff and trained food handlers.
Food Handler (SITXFSA005): For all food-handling staff. Covers hygiene, contamination prevention, temperature control and food safety procedures. Same-day certificate. All states.
Food Safety Supervisor (SITXFSA005 + SITXFSA006): Required per food premises under Standard 3.2.2A. AAAT is an NSW Food Authority Approved Provider (25813) — we can issue the NSW government FSS certificate that NSW food businesses are legally required to hold.
NSW Food Authority Approved Provider 25813: Not all RTOs can issue the NSW government FSS certificate. AAAT can. NSW food businesses must enrol with an approved provider. Enrolling with a non-approved RTO means the NSW government certificate cannot be issued.

WA Approved Manager Course — MLPLCA001
If you manage a licensed venue in Western Australia, the law requires an Approved Manager to be present at the premises at all times when business is conducted. That person must hold an Approved Manager card issued by LGIRS — a separate qualification from RSA, with RSA as a prerequisite.
AAAT delivers the MLPLCA001 (Management of Licensed Premises) course online. Complete RSA first, then MLPLCA001 — same-day Statement of Attainment on both. Apply to LGIRS with your National Police Certificate and WA Post Office lodgement. Card valid 5 years.
Covers: the Liquor Control Act 1988 (WA), your obligations as an Approved Manager, responsible service obligations and venue compliance.
Who needs it: anyone formally appointed as Approved Manager of a hotel, bar, restaurant, bottle shop, nightclub or licensed venue in Western Australia.

Why 200,000+ Australians Choose AAAT
ASQA Registered — RTO 52312: Every certificate AAAT issues is a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment, accepted by employers, licensing authorities and regulators across all 8 Australian states and territories. Verify our registration at training.gov.au.
NSW Food Authority Approved Provider 25813: AAAT is approved to issue the NSW government Food Safety Supervisor certificate. Not every RTO is approved. NSW food businesses must confirm their provider's approval status before enrolling — enrolling with a non-approved RTO means the NSW government certificate cannot be issued.
State-specific courses — not generic: Victoria's mandatory two-step process. NSW's 90-day interim certificate and Service NSW card. WA's 28-day employer obligation. SA's Commissioner approval requirement. NT's 3-year mandatory refresher. AAAT delivers the correct course for each jurisdiction — not one course marketed as valid everywhere.
Same-day certificates: Complete your course, receive your Statement of Attainment the same day. NSW interim certificate issued same day. Start work immediately.
Trusted by Australia's largest hospitality groups: Hungry Jacks, Dan Murphy's, BWS, Nando's, Boost Juice, Guzman Y Gomez and Moët Hennessy trust AAAT for team compliance training.
